Where are your chocolates and confectionary made?
Our chocolates are made in our kitchen in Waverly, located in upstate New York's Finger Lake region.  Our retail salon and kitchen is located at 150 Broad Street, Waverly, N.Y. 14892
 
Can I create a personalized assortment of truffles and bonbons?
Yes, you can create a custom assortment of truffles and bonbons buy calling our customer service representatives at 1-877-727-0776.  Our representative will assist you with your selections and finalize the number of pieces as per your request. 
 
What if I would like to purchase a box of all dark or all milk chocolates?
Yes, you can select the chocolate of choice from the products listed on our web site and with the help of our customer service representatives by calling 1-877-727-0776.
 
Do you use alcohol in your chocolates and confectionary?
Yes, we use small amounts of alcohol to enhance the flavor of the spices and ingredients.  We may use approximately 2 Tablespoons of alcohol for approximately 200 pieces of truffles or bonbons.  Our Savannah Star Toffee contains rum, but due to the high cooking temperature, it contains 0% alcohol.  We do not make any chocolates with high contents of alcohol or liqeuer.
 
Do you use any artificial ingredients in your chocolate and confectionary?
No, all of our products are made with all natural ingredients.
 
What makes your chocolates taste so delicious?
We use only the finest ingredients in all of our products.  We use fresh butter, creams, spices, and fresh organic nuts.  All of our products are made fresh and shipped fresh to insure that you will receive the highest quality chocolate product. 
 
Are these chocolates and confectionary hand crafted?
Yes, all of our products are made by Lisa.  She selects all the ingredients and creates the chocolates and products by hand and has created all the recipes.
 
What allergens are found in your products?
Most of our products contain dairy and some contain eggs.  All of our products contain soy lecithan which prevents the cocoa butter from separating from the cocoa mass.  Our products also may contain traces of nuts and milk proteins.
 
What is the shelf life of your product?

Why Ground shipping upgraded to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air?
In order for your product to arrive fresh and not damaged by heat, we may decide to ship your product via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.  During summer months from May thru September, we have our summer shipping rates which includes cooling materials.  All other shipping methods are disabled during those months.  If you live in a warm climate, we will research the area temperatures prior to shipping.  By leaving your email address, we can notify you of the upgrade and charges.  
 
How can I track my packages?
When you register, leave your email information and an email will be directed to you upon shipping the product.  A confirmation of your order and shipping will automatically be sent to your email address.
