Shipping chocolate takes great care.  We assure that all products will arrive fresh and unspoiled.  Please take time to familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order.  Shipping rates are calculated on how much you spend for each delivery address.  The rates below are based on Ground Shipping via UPS:

CLIMATE:  WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE OVER 70 DEGREES FARENHEIGHT ADD $7.50 FOR COOLING MATERIALS

2 DAY AIR:  UPGRADE TO 2ND DAY AIR FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $10.00 ABOVE BASE COST

NEXT DAY AIR:  UPGRADE TO NEXT DAY AIR FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25.00 ABOVE BASE COST

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Insuring that your chocolate arrives fresh requires great care.  When shipping to destinations over 70 degrees farenheight, we may upgrade your shipping to 2 Day Air for an additional charge and we may charge an additional charge of $7.50 per package for cooling materials. During the months of May through November insulated cooling materilas will be used.  To cover the cost of these materials we will charge $7.50 on all orders placed during the summer months of May through November.

 PLACING AN ORDER FOR SHIPPING:  All orders placed will be shipped within 3 days,  to "insure" freshness.  If your order is placed by 1:00 pm EST on that day, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days for 2 Day Air and Next Day air.  Ground shipping will be based on the term of the shipping time required to deliver your package.  If an order is placed  Thursday - Sunday, your order will be shipped the following Monday and Tuesday.  All tracking information will be sent automatically to your email address.

 RETURNS:  All of our products are made fresh and are customed ordered and returns are not possible.  If you feel that you would like to discuss any issues you may contact customerservice@herdessa.com or call our toll free number at 877-261-8525 and a customer service representative will assist you with your inquiries.
